And you would think that with all of my degrees – a BA and MBA from Stanford and a Master’s from Oxford, I’d be equipped to rock my career while being able to show up for my family on my terms.

Being promoted to manage larger and larger teams, organizational shake-ups and reorgs, career pivots, and having children, are just a few of the critical factors that can make fulfilling your leadership potential feel out of reach.
