Jenny Cohen is Senior Vice President of Brand, Franchise and Consumer Relationship Management at the Walt Disney Company. Her team stewards the growth of TWDC’s brands, supports the development of character franchises, manages global consumer insights, recommends strategies around key consumer segments, spearheads the strategic deployment of customer information for personalization and marketing, and manages Disney’s consumer financial services.

Prior to her current role, Jenny launched and managed the Disney Visa Cards business, helped create Disney’s proprietary gift card program and assisted Disney businesses in developing payments strategies. Jenny has worked at Disney since 2001, starting in Corporate Strategy. Jenny has also held roles in marketing and strategy for Starwood Hotels, Pacific Theatres, and iexchange.com.

Jenny earned her B.A. in Economics from Stanford University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa with Honors. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School where she graduated as a Baker Scholar. Jenny is originally from Louisville, Kentucky. She currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband and three children.
